According to the survey, music and songs can evoke people’s memories. When people hear a familiar song, the song can stir powerful emotions and transport people back in time, and call up the memory of the person's position, emotion, and action at a specific time. This app is designed with this kind of psychology as a starting point. The app is fundamentally a map navigation app, the users can post or share songs based on their location when using the app. At the same time, users can also browse all the songs that have been shared on this road. By playing the same song in the same place, this app provides a platform for users to express their moods and feelings in a specific place at the time in the form of songs.
I named the app ‘Road Diving’, to imply the function of map navigation and music playing. For me, listening to music while walking on the streets of a city is like diving in the city. The meaning of the name is also that people who use this app can have a better experience of exploring the city and diving in the city, so as to have a better understanding of this area.
